Full Circle Initiatives Ltd is run by Axel Coustere and Greg Khine, two good friends who first met at university in London thirteen years ago. In 2007 they decided to leave their careers behind to start work on their vision of a business with social purpose. Axel CoustereAxel devotes his attention to the finance and marketing strategies of the business. Prior to co-founding Full Circle Initiatives, Axel spent seven years in investment banking, working at Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas in balance sheet advisory and debt capital markets. Most recently, Axel was Associate Director at Barclays Capital working in convertible bond origination. Axel read Management Sciences at the LSE, and later obtained a Masters in Management from HEC in Paris. Born in London to French parents, Axel grew up in Mexico and the UK. Greg focuses on our online strategy and developing partnerships with the Third Sector. Greg has an eclectic background, comprising dot com experience, public health research and international development. Prior to co-founding Full Circle Initiatives, he worked with the UNHCR in the Dadaab refugee camps in Kenya. Greg graduated from the LSE with a degree in Environmental Policy and later returned to obtain a MSc Social Policy & Planning in Developing Countries. Born in Korea and raised in Europe, Greg is also fluent in German and French.
