Full Circle Initiatives emerged out of a shared passion for progressive change and the belief that the private sector, perhaps more than ever, has a major role to play as agents of social change. Although incorporated as a limited company, our undertaking eludes rigid orthodox classification and bears the characteristics of both a traditional business and a social enterprise. Our work combines a unique blend of social entrepreneurship and traditional business strategy with the aim of channeling resources towards social issues in innovative ways. We devise ways of competing in the market place which don’t rely on charity. Instead we focus on implementing innovative business models that are sustainable and achieve both our social objectives, as well as offering greater value to consumers.
